COMPASS Youth Collaborative is proud to announce our Partnership with MGH/Harvard Medical School based Community Psychiatry PRIDE. PRIDE is an acronym for Program for Research in Implementation and Dissemination of Evidence-Based Treatments. As our partner PRIDE will provide curriculum that is culturally-relevant and responsive to the unique challenges our youth face. PRIDE will engage voices at every level of our organization, from our CEO to front desk, training and coaching our team in Thought, Emotion, Behavior (TEB) skills. TEB is designed to provide staff and youth with the skills needed to succeed in education, employment and life. COMPASS is grateful for the opportunity to work with PRIDE and would like to thank the Dalio Foundation’s Connecticut Opportunities Project.
