COMPASS Youth Collaborative was recently recognized by the Hartford Courant as a 2016 Top Workplace.

According to the Hartford Courant and Workplace Dynamics, the company responsible for aggregating employee feedback, the top employers convey strong leadership, team dynamics, ethics and integrity, and employee appreciation.

The list was unveiled during a dinner at the Aquaturf Banquet Hall in Southington, Connecticut. A few familiar faces from COMPASS were on hand to accept the award.

“We are very honored by the recognition,” notes COMPASS Chief Operating Officer Jacquelyn Santiago. “It truly is a testament to the commitment and integrity demonstrated by our staff, from our CEO, Bob Pawloski, to our entire youth development team.”
