Our Leadership Team

As Director of Data and Digital Systems, Christopher supports the COMPASS team by aligning data across all program areas and helping the organization maximize the value of its digital assets. Christopher’s primary focus is on managing data as a strategic resource for everyone from frontline staff to executives. His responsibilities include leading a three person data team that designs new features for Navi, COMPASS’s custom case management platform, and managing the stack of devices and software that staff rely on to enter data, track participant outcomes, and change the lives of Hartford’s youth.

Christopher has been helping mission-driven organizations grapple with data and technology challenges for more than 10 years. His work has focused on designing custom solutions from the ground-up, based on user feedback, and a careful understanding of the impact nonprofits strive to achieve. Christopher holds a Maser of Public Policy with a specialization in Business Analytics from the University of Connecticut.
