COMPASS Youth Collaborative’s Director of Human Resources, Tisheena Middleton (Sheena), is responsible for developing and implementing company policies and procedures, ensuring that all policies comply with legal requirements and align with COMPASS’s mission and values.
Sheena enjoys working with COMPASS team members, sharing her passion for continuous learning, guiding their professional development, and providing opportunities for growth in their roles. She is gratified when she helps returning citizens find opportunities to apply their life experiences.
Sheena, a Hartford native, graduated from Weaver High School and holds a business management degree from The Sawyer School of Business, along with her Human Resource Consultant Certification.
